Refund Policy

7-day first-payment guarantee

If Dearovo is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your first Plus or Premium subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. This voluntary guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Renewal payments

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once charged. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, a material technical problem that prevents you from accessing the service as described, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. If local law gives you a longer withdrawal or refund period than Dearovo's voluntary 7-day guarantee, the applicable legal right takes priority.

How to request a refund

Paddle is the merchant of record for Dearovo purchases. You can request a refund through the support or subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, through Paddle buyer support, or by contacting Dearovo at fengzhisuiren@gmail.com. If you contact Dearovo, include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your Paddle transaction or subscription ID. Do not send full card details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, normally back to the original payment method where possible. Processing time can depend on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution. Access to the refunded subscription may end when the refund is issued.

Fraud and abuse

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, chargeback manipulation, or other misuse, except where a refund is required by law.

Paddle's buyer terms

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the transaction. Where Paddle's policy or applicable law gives you greater rights than this Dearovo policy, those greater rights apply.
